Greetings interwebs. I think that having a class blog will be a fun as well as interesting experience. It gives students a chance to express themselves out of class, in a way other than spoken word. I think this blog will aid me this semester with my work, considering all of the helpful tutorials that are posted as well as the intriguing articles for discussion. Since I am a new student, I am sure the tutorials on navigating the library's catalogue will be quite handy. I will actively participate in on-going discussions because I seem to give much more thorough responses when I am writing them as opposed to speaking. I believe I can bring fresh ideas to the discussion to challenge other people's perceptions in a respectful manner.
